“Spent a couple of days. Overall very satisfied. Excellent customer service, same for breakfast. A couple of points not to be taken as criticism. I would like stronger light in the room. Additionally, since I spent quite some time in front of my laptop, a chair instead of the nice otherwise bench may be more appropriate to some. Thank you dimos”

We Want to Continue Love Mama, But Mama Shall Stick to its Root Values, Quality

“I was deeply disappointed by the absence of the wonderful breakfast experience we had several years in Mama Shelter. This year the breakfast was mediocre with quality and elegant touches like ginger shot, oranges that we could squeeze, greens missing from the open buffet. The room we had lacked hygiene - just please visit the room and check the ceiling (spider webs hanging) behind the sink (other visitors remains) - its just superficial cleaning with no care at all. I dont want to blame the current employee - it is a management problem - you dont check your rooms Mr/Mrs Manager! On the positive side, seeing friendly good faces at the front reception is good, I am thankful to them for their hospitality. Please go back to your roots. Increase your price if necessary. But don't try to compete with lower quality, it wont work - at least for your culture. And obviously for us as you can understand from this review.”
